Lac Hotel & Resorts Private Limited is located in Indore, specifically at Pancham Ki Phel near the 3 Kuan area. The business is run by Omprakash, who is the son of Sukhalal Jatava. We are very much a local, family-oriented business. Indore is a city that is always changing and getting bigger, but our neighborhood still feels the same as it has for years. We don't have any fancy hotel training. We just learned by doing it every day. Our building is simple and we don't spend a lot of money on decorations or anything like that. We focus more on the practical side of things, like making sure the rooms are secure and the guests are satisfied with their stay. It is hard work and sometimes we are here late into the night. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate values hanging on the wall. We just believe in doing a fair day's work for a fair day's pay. The 3 Kuan area is quite busy, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve had all sorts of people stay with us over the years. We just take things as they come and try to keep the property in good shape. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we know a lot of the people around here. We just handle the bookings and keep the place running as best we can.
