You can find Kion Softech Private Limited at 4- Aditya Nagar, right on the A.B. Road in Indore. It's a busy part of town. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Indore is a great place to have a business because there's so much happening. Our office is pretty modest. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of coffee mugs lying around. We do tech work. It’s mostly coding and looking at screens for hours. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work and get home to our families. Being on A.B. Road means it gets loud with traffic sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started with just a couple of guys and now we have a few more people on the team. It’s a nice group. We don't do big meetings or have corporate retreats. We just talk across the room when something needs to be fixed. It’s much easier that way. Sometimes we go out for lunch at one of the stalls nearby. The food in Indore is hard to beat. We’re just a local business trying to make a living like everyone else. If you ever pass through Aditya Nagar, you’ve probably seen our building. We’re usually there late into the evening making sure everything is running smoothly.
