We've been here in Sanjay Nagar for a while now, tucked away right behind Anoop Cinema on M.R-9 Road. It's a busy spot but sometimes people miss us because we're not right on the main drag where all the big signs are. Most of the day is just spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a camera isn't recording right. It’s dusty around here sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things off before we even start the repairs. People come in when their laptops won't start or when they need a security setup for their house or small shop. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just some shelves, a few workbenches, and a lot of cables everywhere. It gets a bit crowded when we have a few computers opened up at once for parts. Sometimes the power cuts out for a minute and we have to wait for the backup to kick in so we don't lose progress. It’s mostly just us working through the pile of repairs that come in every week. If you’re walking from the cinema side, it’s an easy find once you know which turn to take. We see a lot of the same neighbors every day and they stop by for a chat. It’s a decent place to work, even if the space is a bit tight. We usually keep the door open to get some air in while we're soldering or testing out systems.
