Katyarkar & Associates is over at 434-A Prem Trade Center. This is located on Hanuman Lane, just off Maharani Road in Indore. It’s a busy commercial area. We are right opposite the Gujarati Girls School, which is the easiest way to tell people where to go. The Prem Trade Center is an older building with a lot of different businesses. Our office is just one of many along the corridor. Inside, it’s mostly shelves of files and a few desks. We aren't big on decoration. We just need a place to handle our paperwork and meet with people who need our help. Maharani Road is always buzzing with activity, so there’s a lot of energy around the building. It can be hard to find parking sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The office has a lived-in feel to it. There’s usually a stack of documents on every surface. We spend most of our time going through records or typing up reports. It’s a simple, honest operation. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website; we just do our work from this room in the trade center. Most people who come to see us are locals who know the area well. It’s a central spot and works well for us. We just keep plugging away at the daily tasks.
