We work out of 506 in the West Corporate House at 169. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices sharing the space. Our area is mostly filled with desks and people looking at financial charts and market data on their screens. It gets pretty intense in here when the markets are moving fast. There are several screens on almost every desk to keep track of everything. We spend most of our day reading through reports and typing out notes for our research. It’s not a place with a lot of decoration or art. We have some whiteboards with numbers and scribbles on them that only make sense to us. The break room is small, but it’s where we all end up when we need a breather from looking at all those numbers. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so everyone usually keeps a sweater at their chair. We’ve got a lot of files, both digital and physical, that we have to keep track of constantly. It’s a serious environment because the work requires a lot of concentration. We aren't really a public-facing shop, just an office where the research happens. It’s a lot of sitting and analyzing, day in and day out. We've been at this location for a while now, and it’s a decent place to work. It's just a normal office routine for our team here.
