Our shop is located at LG-18 in C-block of the Silver Mall on RNT Marg. Being on the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler, which is a nice break from the heat outside. The mall is a busy place, but our little corner is usually pretty focused. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have everything set up just the way we like it. It's not a big space, but it’s enough for our desks and all the technical equipment we use. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what's practical and necessary. RNT Marg is right in the middle of things, so it’s easy for us to get around. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know the business inside and out. Most of our day is spent working on various tasks and talking to people who drop by the shop. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound like something we aren't. We’re just local people running a small business in the mall. Sometimes the hallway outside is loud with shoppers, but we don't mind. It feels good to be part of the local scene. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, at our little shop in C-block.
