We are located over at Hakuntala Appartment in Janki Nagar. If you know the area near Navlakha Square, we are just a short distance from there. Jbv Chillies is a small operation. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily ins and outs of the business. The apartment building is easy enough to find once you get into Janki Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but quite busy because of how close it is to the square. Navlakha Square always has a lot of traffic and people moving around, which keeps things lively. We don’t have a big storefront with neon lights or anything. It’s more of a functional space where we handle our orders and keep things organized. Usually, the day starts early for us. We check the batches and see what needs to go out. The neighbors are mostly used to us being here by now. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We try to keep things simple. There isn't a massive team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We focus on the product and getting through the list of things to do each day. It’s honest work. We like being in this part of town because it’s central. People can find us without too much trouble. We don’t do much fancy advertising, we just rely on being consistent with what we do at the apartment every single day.
