Jb Handicraft is situated at Plot No-154/1 in Juna Risala. We are not far from Shastri Colony. Our workshop is where all the manual work happens. We work with our hands mostly, using tools that have been around for quite a while. The floor is often covered in scraps of wood or fabric, depending on what we are making that week. It is a messy process, but that is how handicrafts are. We do not use big machines to mass-produce things. Each piece gets a lot of individual attention. Sometimes a project takes much longer than we thought it would. The neighborhood of Juna Risala has a lot of history, and we feel like we fit right in with the traditional way of doing things. Our space is filled with the sounds of cutting, sanding, and hammering. It is not a quiet office. People from Shastri Colony often walk over to see what we are working on. We do not have a glossy catalog or a professional sales team. If you want to see what we make, you just come to the workshop and look at the benches. We show you what is ready and tell you how it was made. It is a simple life centered around the craft. We take pride in the fact that we use our own hands to create things from scratch. Some days the sawdust is everywhere but it just shows we have been working hard.
