Our office is basically inside an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate office. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. We do a lot of work related to agritech, trying to find better ways for farmers to do their jobs. It involves a lot of sitting around the table and looking at data or talking on the phone with suppliers. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small, dedicated group of us. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit noisy with the neighbors, but we just keep working through it. We don't have a big shiny lobby or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it. We’ve been in Chikitsak Nagar for some time now and we like the neighborhood. It’s a good place to base a business like ours. Most of our days are spent dealing with the technical side of farming. We don’t use complicated language when we talk to people. We just explain things simply and get the job done. It’s just how we operate. Sometimes the desk gets messy but the work gets finished eventually.
