You’ll find us over at Flat No 305 in the 61-Avenue building. It’s on Plot No.420 in Amitesh Nagar, which is part of Scheme No.59 in Indore. The office is basically a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace for Infotechsky Software Solutions. It has a kitchen and a small balcony where we go to catch a bit of fresh air. Working in a residential building means it feels a lot more relaxed than a typical office park. We have our main work area in what would have been the living room. It’s got plenty of space for our computers and a few extra chairs for visitors. The area around Amitesh Nagar is pretty nice, and there are some decent spots nearby to get a quick bite. We usually start our day around nine-thirty and stay until the work is finished. It’s just a small crew, so things are pretty informal. We don't have a dress code or any of those strict rules. As long as the software gets written and the bugs get fixed, everyone is happy. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are home, but we don't mind. It feels like a real community here. We’ve been in this flat for a bit now and we’ve made it our own. There are some old whiteboards on the walls covered in scribbles and diagrams. It’s a practical space where we can just focus on the task at hand.
