Shilpa Chem

Shilpa Chem is located in the industrial estate at Fort Laxmibai Nagar, specifically at No. 47/ D. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of activity around us, with trucks moving and machines humming in the background. We handle various chemical products, so our daily routine involves a lot of safety checks and careful measuring. The floors are concrete and the walls are painted a simple grey. It is a functional space designed for work, not for showing off. We spend a lot of time making sure the containers are sealed tight and the labels are all correct. It is the kind of job where you have to pay attention to small details or things can go wrong quickly. Sometimes the smell of the chemicals is a bit strong, so we keep the ventilation fans going all day. The staff here mostly consists of local people who have been working in the estate for years. We aren't a massive operation, but we stay busy with the orders that come in from other factories nearby. Usually, the lunch break is the only time the place gets quiet. We have a small area where we keep our records, though it often gets cluttered with technical data sheets. It is just a regular industrial unit trying to get the orders out on time every week without making too much of a fuss about it. We just focus on the day's tasks.
