We are over in Indore, located at Flat No. 107 on Manikbagh Main road. It’s a pretty central spot in Madhya Pradesh, and being on the main road makes it easy for people to stop by. Indus Palm Hotels And Resorts is run from this office. It isn’t a resort itself, just the place where we manage the bookings and the back-end stuff for the properties. The flat is a decent size, and we’ve turned it into a functional workspace. Indore has been growing so much lately, and Manikbagh is always buzzing with activity. You can hear the traffic outside pretty much all day. We spend a lot of time talking to guests on the phone and coordinating with the staff at the actual hotel sites. It gets quite busy, especially during the wedding season or when there are big events in town. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s no big corporate vibe, just a bunch of us sitting at desks making sure the rooms are ready and the guests are happy. I usually bring my own lunch, but there are plenty of spots around Manikbagh to grab a quick bite if I forget. It’s an honest way to spend the day, just keeping things moving for the travelers coming to India. We just take it one day at a time.
