Cambay Spa & Resorts, Gandhinagar

This is the office for Cambay Spa & Resorts in Gandhinagar, but we’re actually located in Indore at 199 Telephone Nagar. We’re in a building called Shivam, sharing space with Dr. Rajeev Agarwal. It might seem a bit unusual to have our contact point here, but it works for us. We spend our days answering calls about the resort and trying to get all the bookings organized. Telephone Nagar is a nice, mostly residential area, so it’s pretty quiet during the day compared to the city center. We don't have a big flashy storefront. It’s just a regular room where we keep our computer and the phone. We spend a lot of time on the line with the main resort in Gandhinagar making sure everything is ready for guests. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the small table we use as a desk. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just handle the admin side of things from here in Indore. It’s a lot of double-checking dates and names. Sometimes we get the address mixed up when telling people over the phone because of the Gandhinagar name, but we usually catch it. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We just do the daily grind, making sure the people who want to visit the spa have their details sorted out properly. It’s a straightforward job and we like being in this part of town.
