Iisol (P) Ltd.

You can find Iisol (P) Ltd. on the first floor of 144-H in Vigyan Nagar, right off Annapurna Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. We’ve been in this office for some time now. It’s just a regular floor with some rooms partitioned off for different tasks. We don't have those glass walls or bean bag chairs you see in some offices. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and people working on their monitors. Annapurna Road is usually humming with traffic, so there’s a bit of background noise, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of technical stuff here, so it gets quiet when everyone is focusing. Then someone will make a joke and we’ll all take a break for tea. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just know what needs to be done and we try to do it right the first time. Sometimes we run into problems that take all day to solve, and that’s just how it goes. The space is a bit cramped when we have a lot of files lying around, but we manage. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. No one is putting on an act. We just show up in the morning, do our work at 144-H, and head back home. It’s a decent living for the people who work here.
