We are set up in the Vijay Nagar Shopping Complex, occupying shops 33 and 34. It's a bit of a cramped space because we have a lot of parts and computers lying around. We handle a lot of different things here, from fixing cracked screens to helping people get their home internet working right. It isn't a flashy showroom with bright lights. Most of the time, the counters are covered in wires and tools. We are just a small team of three people who like taking things apart and putting them back together. People in the complex know us as the guys who can figure out why a laptop won't turn on. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing, which can be tiring, but it's what we know. We don't promise to fix everything in five minutes because some problems take time to trace. We try to be honest about what's broken and what it will cost. Sometimes we tell people it's better to just buy a new one than to pay us to fix an old machine. We've been in Vijay Nagar for a few years now. The shopping complex can get pretty busy on the weekends, so that's usually when we get the most walk-ins. We just try to keep up with the work and help out our neighbors with their tech issues. It is a messy job but we really enjoy the challenge of it.
