If you're looking for us, we are in Shop Number 304 over at Pipliya Rav in Indore. The building is Mangal Nagar and it’s a bit of a walk up the stairs since we are on the third floor. We spend a lot of time on the phones or talking to people who walk in looking for jobs. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the market area downstairs is always moving. We have a small team here. Most of our day is spent looking at resumes and trying to figure out where people might fit. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but it’s fine for now. We have a couple of computers that are a bit slow sometimes. We try to keep things simple and don't use a lot of big words. People come in from all over the city. We sit around the main table and discuss who needs what. Indore is a fast city and we just try to keep up with the pace. Sometimes we get lunch from the stall across the street. We’ve been in this shop for some time. There isn’t a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just us and the work we do every day. We don't promise anything impossible, just honest effort and a lot of patience with the paperwork.
