Hsbc Software Development Centre

We are located over at 563, Sector Ek, Scheme No 54 in Indore. Most of us here just call it the software centre. It is a pretty busy spot and honestly, we spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why the code isn't doing what it is supposed to. Indore is a good place to be, though. The traffic can be a bit much sometimes when everyone is trying to get to Scheme 54 in the morning, but we make it work somehow. We have been in this building for a while now. It’s not fancy or anything, just a place where we sit and build things for the bank. People come in, grab their tea, and get to it. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and we have to wear jackets inside even when it’s hot outside. That’s just how it goes here. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do or why we do it. It is just software development. Some days are long, especially when there is a big project finishing up and the deadlines are tight. We try to keep things quiet so everyone can focus, but there is usually some chatter near the water cooler or in the hallways. It is a regular office with regular people. If you are looking for us, we are right there in Sector Ek. It’s easy to find once you know the landmark. Just a bunch of us working on tech stuff every day.
