Hatai Agro Life Private Limited

We are based in Indore at 1603-A New Dwarkapuri. It’s a regular neighborhood and our office fits right in with the houses and small shops nearby. We focus on agro life products, which basically means we spend our time thinking about plants and what makes them grow better. It isn't a very glamorous job but someone has to do it. Indore is a big place and New Dwarkapuri is just one corner of it where we decided to set up. Most of the people working here live close by so we don’t have long commutes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at samples. We try to keep our shelves organized but when it gets busy, things can get a bit cluttered. That’s just life in a small business. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us trying to make sure the local farmers and suppliers get what they need without too much fuss. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the weather since that matters a lot for what we do. If the rain is late, everyone is a bit stressed. If it’s good, then things are better. We just take it one day at a time here in Madhya Pradesh. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like being part of the community. It's okay most days.
