Harsh Caterers

Being up on the 4th floor of Treasure Island over here on M G Road makes things interesting for Harsh Caterers. It is a busy part of Tukoganj, so there is always noise and people moving around outside. We have our setup tucked away in the building, and honestly, carrying supplies up and down can be a bit of a workout sometimes. We spend a lot of our time prepping vegetables and making sure the spice mixes are sorted before the rush starts. The mall environment is different from a street-side shop, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. Our staff is mostly just a group of people who know how to handle a kitchen under pressure. We don't spend money on big signs or anything flashy because most people find us through word of mouth anyway. The kitchen usually has a radio playing in the background while we work on the big catering orders. Sometimes the elevator is slow, and we have to move fast to stay on time, but we make it work. M G Road is always packed, so we try to time our logistics for when the traffic is a little thinner. It is a lot of hard work and long hours standing on our feet, but we are used to it by now. We just do our thing and go home.
