Glamour World Spa & Salon

The shop is at number 30 in Laxmi Lela Palace. We are in Sajan Nagar here in Indore. It is a mix of a spa and a salon. People come in for a haircut or maybe to sit for a bit and relax. We have the usual equipment like hair dryers and sinks. The building is a bit older but we keep our section clean. It’s a job like any other. We start the day by sweeping and getting the stations ready. Indore is a lively city and Sajan Nagar has its own pace. We get a lot of guys and girls depending on the time of day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise but it keeps the heat away. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It is just cutting, washing, and some massage work. We have a few mirrors and some chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable. Most of the people who come here are regulars who live in the apartments nearby. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It is a very standard setup. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open the doors and wait for the bell to ring. It is a practical business for us and we just try to do the task right every single time a customer walks in.
