Genics Techsol Private Limited is run from Silver Star City. That is in the Rajendra Nagar area of Rau, near Indore. Our specific place is number 27. It is a decent enough spot to work from. Rau is growing a lot lately so there is always some noise or construction going on nearby. We are mainly focused on technical work. We are not some huge corporation with thousands of staff members. It is just a few of us here every single day. We usually start our mornings with a quick talk about what we need to do. The office is very simple and it works for what we need. We picked this location because it was easier for us to get to than driving into the middle of the main city traffic. Madhya Pradesh is our home and Indore has a good energy for this kind of thing. We spend most of our time sitting at our screens. When people ask us what we do, we just tell them we handle tech stuff. There really isn’t much more to it than that. We do not have any mission statements on the walls. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep things moving. Sometimes we get lunch from the small places around Silver Star City.
