At Gajanand Traders, we are based at 124 in the G N T Market. We are in the Lakdi Mandi area. As you might guess, there is wood everywhere around us. The whole market smells like sawdust. It smells like old timber too. That is something you just get used to. Our shop at number 124 is a simple space. It is an open area where we keep our stock. We handle our trades there. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find air conditioning. You won't find fancy carpets either. We have a few old wooden benches. There is a desk where we do our bookkeeping. The G N T Market is a very traditional place. We fit right in. That is how things have been done here for decades. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We like the face-to-face interaction. The Lakdi Mandi is good for that. We know our neighbors. We know the people who bring the wood in. Some days it’s really dusty. The noise of the saws is constant. That is just the nature of the business. We focus on getting the daily tasks done. We make sure our records are right. We’ve been part of this market for a long time. We don't plan on changing how we do things. It’s just a basic, honest way of living. We work in a busy trading hub.
