Our place is at 82, Venkatesh Nagar in Itarsi. It is right in the Hoshangabad area of Madhya Pradesh. We go by the name Exceptional It Solutions Llp. It’s a bit of a mouthful so we just call it the office when we are talking to friends. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We have been here for some time now. Dealing with IT issues is what fills our day. It’s not always easy but we get through it. Sometimes the power goes out in Itarsi, but we have a backup generator that kicks in. Usually, we are just sitting at our screens. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside our building. Just a regular door at number 82. The pin code is 461111 if anyone asks. Most of the guys here live nearby so they just walk or take a bike. It makes things simple and saves on petrol. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and we are right there. We like it this way. It’s practical and honest. Some days are busier than others but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We handle whatever comes our way. The weather in Madhya Pradesh can be really tough in the summer months but we manage with some old coolers. Just a bunch of people working in Venkatesh Nagar. No big corporate vibes here. We just focus on what needs doing for the day and then head home.
