Durgesh Rathi works out of Fh-310 in Scheme No.54, over in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. If you live in Indore, you know Vijay Nagar is a place that never really sleeps. There is always something happening around the corner, and the traffic can be a bit much at times. The office at Fh-310 is tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more quiet than the main roads, which is nice when you are trying to get things done without a lot of distractions. Durgesh has been based here for some time now. It’s not a massive corporate suite; it’s more of a functional workspace that fits the needs of the day. There are some files piled up and the desk usually has a few coffee mugs or tea cups on it. We don't worry too much about having everything perfectly aligned as long as the work gets finished on time. The neighborhood is full of other businesses and houses, so there is a good mix of people around all the time. Sometimes we step out for a quick snack at a local stall nearby or just to stretch our legs. The routine is pretty much the same every week. We open up, check what needs to be handled, and stay until the tasks are cleared. It is a very grounded way of working. No one here is trying to be a big boss; it’s just about being reliable and staying consistent.
