Our office is just a regular building at number 78. It’s a very simple place. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a fancy sign out front. We just have a small nameplate by the door. Inside, it’s all about work. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of paperwork. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Being near Gopur is useful because we can walk to get lunch or pick up supplies. We don't have any polished mission statements or marketing talk. We are just Detech Informatics and we are here to get our work done. The office feels lived in. There are some old coffee mugs and stacks of files everywhere. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or a maintenance team; we just take care of things ourselves. It’s an honest way to run a small business in Madhya Pradesh. We don't try to sound like a giant company with thousands of employees. We are just a small team in Ahilya Nagar Extension. We show up, work through our lists, and go home. It’s a practical, straightforward life and we are happy with that. No frills, just honest work every day.
