Our place is located over on MR-10 in Indore. If you know where the Radisson Blu Hotel is, we are right opposite that, at Khasara No. 28/1 and 28/2. It’s a developing part of the city, and being near the MR-10 road means there’s a lot of movement and noise. Delixius Hotels and Entertainment Private Limited is basically us trying to handle the hospitality and entertainment side of the business here. It’s a big area and there is always some construction or something going on nearby. We aren’t a polished corporate office. We’re more of a hands-on group. Working near such a well-known hotel like the Radisson means people usually have a good idea of where we are. We spend our days managing the different parts of the property and the entertainment side of the company. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes with all the various projects we have going on at once. The weather in Indore can get pretty hot, so we spend a lot of time inside the office during the summer months. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good location and doing what we need to do. It’s a practical way of working. We’ve been here for some time now and it’s interesting to see how this part of Indore is changing every day. There's always something new being built, which keeps the area feeling very alive.
