We’ve been at 92 Bhagatsing Nagar for a good bit now. Opposite Tiwari Complex, you can’t miss us if you’re coming down Sanwer Road. It’s mostly just metal work and fixing parts that break. The shop is loud. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit. We don't have a big office or anything. It's just the workspace and some old tools we've used for years. Most people around here know us because we’ve been in this spot since before the road was paved properly. It gets dusty, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or welding something that needs it. There isn't much to say about us, really. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get to work on whatever came in the day before. Sometimes things take longer than we thought, especially if the parts are hard to find. We don’t do any fancy talking. If a machine needs a part, we try to make it or fix the old one. My brother and a couple of guys help out. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same old place. It’s a decent living and it keeps us busy. We don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. It suits us just fine here near the complex and Tiwari's shop where we grab tea.
