Jash Engineering has its home on Sanwer Road, over in the Sector-C industrial area. If you’ve ever been to Indore's industrial side, you know it’s a lot of metal, heat, and heavy machinery. We’ve been at 31 Sector-C for a long time. Our work is mostly about water control—gates, screens, and all that heavy iron stuff. It’s a lot of welding and grinding sounds throughout the day. The floor stays pretty busy. We don't have a fancy corporate office; it’s more about the workshop and the yard where the finished pieces sit before they get shipped off. The summer heat here is no joke, especially when you’re working with metal. We usually have tea breaks under the shade. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so there’s a lot of shorthand talking. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more than what we are. We just make things that help water move where it’s supposed to go. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big order is due, but that’s just how the business is. The road outside is always full of tempos and trailers coming and going. It’s a messy, loud environment, but we like it that way. It feels like we’re actually building something real. Every piece that leaves our gate is something we put our hands on.
