Being located at Lg-1 in the Royal Diamond building means we see a lot of people coming and going because we are right opposite the SBI Head Office. It’s a busy part of Y.N. Road, especially near the City Centre, and there is always someone looking for a place to get something printed or checked online. At Cyber'S Mp Online, we spend most of our day sitting behind the screens, helping people with their forms or printing out documents they need for the bank across the street. The office isn't very big, and sometimes the printer acts up right when there’s a long line of people waiting, which is always how it goes on a Tuesday morning. We’ve got a few computers set up and there's usually a stack of papers on the desk that needs sorting. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. People come in asking about online applications or how to scan something to their email because they don't have a scanner at home. We aren't a big corporation, just a small setup trying to keep up with all the digital stuff that everyone needs now. Most of our regulars are just folks from the neighborhood or clerks from the nearby offices who need a quick copy. We keep the place open until late most evenings because that’s when people remember they forgot to print something for the next morning. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we get to know a lot of the local faces.
