Our space is tucked away in Flat No 105 of Bhaskar Villa 22, which is located in Amrapali Nagar. If you know the Rau area, you know it is a bit of a drive from the main parts of Indore, but it is much quieter out here. We work out of a flat, so it does not feel like a cold office at all. It feels more like a home where we happen to have computers set up. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you see people going about their daily lives, kids playing, and neighbors talking. It is a nice change from the crowded commercial districts. We started here because it was practical and easy to manage for a small team like ours. Most days involve us sitting around the main room working on whatever projects are on the list. We take our lunch breaks together and sometimes walk down the street to grab a snack or just get some air. There is no big sign outside, just a small doorbell and our names on a plate. It is a small team, and we do not have layers of management or anything like that. We just focus on what we have to do and try to keep things organized. The commute to Rau can be a bit long for some, but once you are here, it is a very relaxed environment to spend your working hours.
