You’ll find us at Plot No. Lg-3 in the Suniket Appartment building. We’re in the Shree Nagar Extension area, specifically near the Khajrana Main Road. It’s a handy location because people can drop off their gear on their way to work. We spend most of our time staring at motherboards and trying to get slow laptops to run a bit faster. The shop is a bit small, and we have towers and monitors stacked up in the corners. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but it’s our maze. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't currently holding a soldering iron. We’ve been fixing computers for the folks in Shree Nagar for quite a while now. We’ve seen all sorts of problems, from coffee spills to strange noises coming from hard drives. We don't use a lot of technical jargon unless we really have to. Mostly, we just tell people what’s broken and how much it might cost to fix it. Some days it gets quite hot in here with all the machines running, but the fans do their best. We like the neighborhood and the regular people who come in just to ask a quick question about their phones or tablets. It’s a steady job and there is always something to fix. We don't really do big advertising; word of mouth works well enough.
