Our workplace is located over in Palda, right near the Shri Hari Krishna Tolkata. If you are looking for Chopda Food & Spices, you will find us at number 211 in Samta Nagar. It is a very busy spot with trucks and delivery vans moving around all day because of the toll plaza being so close. Inside our building, it usually smells very strongly of whatever we are packing that morning, which can be a bit overwhelming if you are not used to it. We deal with various food items and a lot of different spices, mostly just getting them bagged up and sent out to the local markets. The work involves a whole lot of weighing and sealing bags by hand. It is a dusty job, to be honest, and our clothes usually show it by the time we head home. We are not some massive factory with robots, just a local spot doing the work ourselves. The building is a bit older, but it serves the purpose for what we need to get done.
