Birla Open Minds International School

Up here in 19 Ac, Vijay Nagar, things move pretty fast. Indore is a busy city, and our corner of it is no different. Birla Open Minds International School is a place where we spend our whole day, from the early morning sunlight hitting the front windows until the last staff member locks up in the evening. The 452010 area has plenty of shops and houses nearby, so we feel like part of the local scenery. Inside, the corridors are usually filled with the sound of kids talking or teachers explaining something on the board. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We just have a building with enough rooms for the students and a courtyard where they can run around. The desks show some wear and tear, which is normal for a school that’s actually being used. We deal with the usual stuff like broken pencils, missing notebooks, and the occasional bird flying into the hallway. It is just a practical place for education. We don't have a fancy mission statement painted on the walls; we just focus on making sure the bells ring on time and the kids have what they need for their lessons. It’s a straightforward operation. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but we just get on with it. It’s a real place with real people working hard every day to keep things running smoothly.
