We operate out of North Raj Mohalla, specifically at 22-4. Rajmohalla is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, and that is how we like to work. We have been doing catering for families around here for a long time. It is not a high-end corporate service with menus you cannot pronounce. We are more about the kind of food you expect at a local function where everyone wants a second helping. The kitchen is always busy, especially early in the morning when we start prepping the vegetables. We do not use any fancy equipment, just the regular pots and pans that have seen a lot of use over the years. Our team is small, mostly family and some neighbors who help out when things get busy. We do not spend money on advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live on the same street or the next one over. We just try to make sure the food is clean, tastes good, and arrives on time for the party. It gets stressful when there is a big event, but we have done it enough times to know what we are doing. We are not trying to be the most famous caterers in the city, just the ones people can rely on when they have a guest list to feed. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy every week. We just do our best.
