Being in the 452001 zip code area means we are pretty central to a lot of things happening in the city. It’s a lively neighborhood, so there is always some noise or something going on outside. We like being part of the local scene in Madhya Pradesh. Inside, it’s just a normal office where we spend our hours looking at screens and talking through projects. It’s not some glass skyscraper setup. It’s more of a practical space. We’ve got desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and enough electricity to keep the computers running. Some of us have lived in Indore our whole lives, so working at Basta Interactive Llp feels like a natural part of being here. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. Usually, we are just busy with the daily grind. Sometimes the traffic in Vaishali Nagar makes getting to work a bit of a challenge, but that is just part of living in Indore. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a giant HR department or anything like that. It's just a few of us trying to do a decent job every day and staying out of trouble while we do it.
