Baldwa And Rathi is situated in the Shalimar Corporate Centre in South Tukoganj, Indore. South Tukoganj is a well-established part of the city with a lot of history. The Shalimar building is one of those places that most people recognize. Our office is a simple one. We don’t have any high-end decor or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. We’ve been here for a good while and the staff has their own routine. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. The building itself stays pretty busy with people coming in for different businesses. Outside, the streets of South Tukoganj are often full of cars and the usual Indore bustle. We usually have tea together in the afternoons and just keep working through our list of things to do. There’s no big mission or anything we’re trying to sell. We just run a straightforward operation here. It’s an honest environment where people work hard and then go home to their families. The location is good because it’s central and people know how to get here. We like the community feel of this area. It’s just a regular office where real work happens every day, without any of the corporate polish you see in the bigger cities.
