At Ayurtatva Organic Food, Spices & Herbs Private Limited, we are located at G-3 in Tilak Nagar, which is over in the Bawadiya Kalan area. It is a decent spot to be in. We have a small ground-floor space where we keep all our supplies and do the packing. It can get a bit cluttered with bags of herbs and spice containers everywhere. Sometimes the smell of the different spices is really strong when you first walk in, but we like it that way. Bawadiya Kalan has grown a lot lately, so there are always new people moving around. We aren't a big factory or anything. It is just a handful of us working in the Tilak Nagar space. We have a couple of tables for sorting things out and some shelves against the walls. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our mornings getting orders ready to go out. The afternoon is usually for cleaning up and checking what we need to get for the next day. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t use any big machines, just our hands for most of the work. If you come by G-3, you’ll probably see us busy with some boxes or labels. We don't have a receptionist, so you just kind of have to knock on the door and wait a second.
