Ayojan Catering

Our office is at 6 Gupta Chamber on Jawhar Marg. It is a busy part of the road, and we have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Ayojan Catering is not a huge company with a fleet of fancy trucks and uniforms. We started small and stayed pretty grounded. We spend most of our mornings planning out the menus and making sure we have enough fresh stuff for whatever event is coming up next. Catering is tough because things always change at the last minute, but we have learned to just roll with it over the years. Whether it is a small gathering at someone's house or something a bit bigger at a hall, we just get the cooking done and get it there on time. We do not have a flashy website or a lot of marketing. Usually, people call us because they ate our food at their cousin's wedding or something like that. Our kitchen staff is a group of hardworking people who do not mind the heat. We focus on the basics, making sure the salt is right and the food is hot when it is served. Jawhar Marg is always noisy, but once we get the orders sorted, we are out the door. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We just want to make sure the plates are full and nobody goes home hungry.
