Our office is located at 12 Dhenu Market right here in Indore. It is a busy market area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our windows. We work in the hospitality industry, but we keep the whole operation pretty low-key. We are definitely not the type of people who wear suits and ties every day. Usually, we are just in our regular clothes, dealing with whatever problem happens to come up that morning. It might be a supplier who did not show up on time or a guest with a specific request we need to fix. We handle all of it from this small market office. Sometimes the room feels a bit crowded with all the files and our computers, but we make it work for us. We have been in this specific spot for a long time and all the neighboring shopkeepers know us. We do not bother with big marketing campaigns or anything fancy. Most of our business comes from people we have worked with for years. It is really just about getting the job done properly. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at complex schedules. It can be quite tiring, but it is the work we know how to do. The market environment is loud, but we have gotten used to the bustle. We just want to run an honest business and be straight with people. There are no fancy mission statements on our walls.
