Ashish Naramdeo & Associates

Our office, Ashish Naramdeo & Associates, is located at Plot No.108 in the Anmol Sagar Darshan building over in New Palasia. It’s a nice enough spot and we’ve been here for a while now. The building is easy to find if you know the area. We do a lot of different things related to property and consultancy, but we try to keep it all pretty simple. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s more of a personal office where we can actually talk to the people who come in. New Palasia is a good place to be based because there’s always something happening with the local real estate. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites, so the office can be a bit quiet sometimes, but there’s usually someone around. We don’t go in for all the fancy marketing stuff. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us. Whether it’s looking at a new plot or sorting out some old records, we just get through it step by step. It’s a lot of detail work, which can be tiring, but it’s what we’re good at. We like the neighborhood here and know many of the other folks working nearby. It’s a steady kind of life. We just aim to be helpful and straightforward with anyone who needs a hand with property matters around here.
