Arvinder Medical College

Our place is situated at 96 Silver Colony in Indore. It is a bit of a residential-looking area, but once you find the gate, you see where the medical students spend their time. We have several rooms set up for different subjects, and the hallways are usually filled with the smell of cleaning supplies or whatever is happening in the labs. The desks are the heavy kind that have been around for quite some time, and some of the chairs squeak when you sit down. Students are always carrying thick books around and talking about their upcoming exams in the corridors. There is a small area where people park their scooters, and it gets pretty crowded by midday. We don't have a massive campus with big parks, but we use the space we have effectively. The windows are large to let in light, though we keep the curtains closed when the afternoon sun gets too bright in Madhya Pradesh. Dealing with the paperwork and the daily schedule takes up most of our time in the office. People from different parts of the city come here, and sometimes they struggle with the traffic on the way in. It is just a regular building where people come to learn the basics of medicine and get through their courses. We try to keep the fans running and the lights working so everyone can focus on their notes without too much trouble.
