The address in Mechanic Nagar is where we spend most of our time. There is always something that needs fixing or a guest that needs help with something. It is just the two of us or a small group most days, keeping things moving. Indore is a fast-growing city, but we try to keep our business feeling personal. We don't go in for all those fancy slogans. We just think about whether the rooms are clean and if the guests have what they need. Sometimes we are busy with the admin side of things at Vikram Urbain, and other times we are just making sure the building looks okay from the outside. It is a lot of practical work. We’ve lived in Madhya Pradesh for a long time, so we understand how things work here. We just show up every day and do the best we can with the hotel.
