If you know Indore, you probably know Badwani Plaza over in Old Palasiya. We’re located right there at 1A/1. It’s an older building, so it has that specific smell of concrete and old paper, but it’s home for us. Being in Old Palasiya is great because there is always something going on outside. You can hear the traffic and the people shouting, which keeps things lively while we’re working on integration services. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve been together for a few years now. The office layout is a bit weird because of how the plaza is built, but we’ve squeezed our desks in where they fit. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits in the drawer. Most of the time, we are busy responding to messages or fixing things that broke overnight. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don’t bother with suits or formal talks. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts, and we talk about cricket as much as we talk about work. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza gets stuck, so we end up taking the stairs, which is probably good for us anyway. We’ve settled into a rhythm here in Indore, and we don't plan on changing much. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in a place we like being every day.
