Aman Gents Parlour

My shop is number 48 on Mahaban Nagar Road. Most guys know the spot because it’s right near Dargah Chouraha. If you’re coming from Annapurna Road, it’s easy to find. It’s a straightforward gents parlour. We have the usual barber chairs and a big mirror that’s been there since we opened. I do haircuts, shaves, and the occasional head massage. It gets pretty crowded on Sundays. Men come in to talk about the cricket or just to get a quick trim before work. I’ve lived in Indore all my life, and this shop is my second home. It’s not a fancy salon with air conditioning that freezes you out. Just a regular place with a couple of fans. Sometimes the radio is on, sometimes we just talk. I keep my tools sharp and the towels as clean as I can. The floor is old tile, and the walls have a few posters of different hairstyles that nobody actually asks for. People usually want the same thing every time. It’s honest work. I don't have a big team, just a helper who comes in the afternoons. We stay open late most days. Dargah Chouraha is a landmark for us. If you get lost, just ask any of the shopkeepers nearby. They all know where Aman Gents Parlour is. It’s been here for quite some time now. We also do beard trims for the younger guys who are more particular about their look these days.
