Aladin Masala

You can find Aladin Masala over at Plot No 94 in the Jaora Compound. We are right in Azad Nagar, directly opposite the Madina Masjid. It’s an easy place to find because the mosque is a big landmark for everyone around here. We have been working out of this compound for quite some time now. The air usually smells like spices because that is what we do all day. We grind and mix things right here on the premises. It’s a dusty job sometimes but we don't mind it. We are a small team and we all pitch in with everything. One day I might be hauling bags and the next day I am checking the scales. We don't have fancy titles or big offices. We just have our workspace and our tools. Most of the people in Azad Nagar know us because we’ve been here so long. We like to keep things simple and honest. If a batch isn't good enough, we don't send it out. It’s as simple as that. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors. It is a traditional way of doing things and it works for us. Working near the Masjid is nice because there is always a sense of community. We are just happy to be doing our work here every day. It feels good to see the same faces in the neighborhood.
