You can find us at 204 Nandani House in Vijay Nagar, Indore. We’re right near the HDFC branch in Mahalaxmi Nagar. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on the main road can be a real pain during rush hour. Our office is pretty small, filled with boxes of materials from past events and stuff we need for upcoming ones. We spend most of our time coordinating different tasks, like finding a reliable sound guy or making sure the decorations are the right shade of blue. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who work well together. Sometimes we have to drive all across Indore to check on different sites, which takes up most of the day. The building where we are is usually pretty busy, so there’s always people coming and going. We don’t really have a set routine because every day brings some new problem to solve. One day we are dealing with a venue that forgot to unlock the gates, and the next we are trying to find more chairs at the last minute. It’s stressful sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized enough to get through the week.
