Clayton Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.

We are based at 205 Milindas Manor 2, which is on R. N. T Marg. Clayton Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a bit now. The office is on one of the upper floors, so we get a decent view of the street below, though it’s mostly just traffic and people walking to work. Inside, it’s a typical tech office with rows of desks and a lot of whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we really understand. We spend a lot of our time on calls or working through technical designs and troubleshooting code. It’s not a glamorous setup, just some sturdy tables and chairs and enough power outlets for all our gear. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing with mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting our tasks finished so we can get home to our families in the evening. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for a bit of exercise I suppose. We’ve got a small area for making coffee and there’s always a debate about whose turn it is to buy the milk. It’s a very normal office filled with regular people who happen to be good at what they do. We don’t put on airs or try to seem bigger than we are. It’s just us working away on R. N. T Marg every day.
