Phairadaang Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Phairadaang is our little group based out in Nungourok Village. Thelphomran Khaling is the one who handles the main stuff for us. Being in a village like this, farming is pretty much all we do every day. We decided to form this company so we could have a bit more say in how our crops are sold to the middlemen. It’s tough being a small farmer when you’re all alone, so being a producer company helps us feel a bit more secure. We mostly focus on agro products that grow well in this local soil. The village is quiet, and we don't have a big office building or anything. We usually just meet at the house or out by the fields. There’s always something to do, whether it’s clearing land or checking on the crops after a big rain. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to wait weeks for parts, which is a real pain. But that’s just how it is living a bit far out. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just grow stuff and sell it so we can keep going for another year.
