Codinno Tech Private Limited

Codinno Tech is based out of Imphal East. We share space with Champs English Academy over in Luwangshangbam. It’s a bit of a different setup because we’re tucked away in the same building where kids come to learn. Lousigam Rajesh is the one who helps manage things here. We spend most of our time on computers, which is why the name has "tech" in it. Imphal can be a quiet place or a loud one depending on the time of day, but our corner stays mostly calm. We don't have a big glass office or anything like that. It’s just a practical room where we sit and work. Being near an academy means there's always a bit of life around the building. We’ve been here for a bit now, trying to make things work in the local tech scene. It isn't always easy to find good internet or steady power, but we manage with what we have. Most of the people here are local guys who grew up in the area. We know the streets around here pretty well. We aren't looking to become some huge global firm overnight. We just want to do our work well and keep the business running. It's a small team, very informal. Sometimes we have tea together while discussing the day's tasks. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. We just keep plugging away at the code and projects every single morning.
