Our office for Santech Pvt. Ltd. is in Singjamei Makha Ok Ram Leikai. It’s a quiet residential area in Manipur. We don't have a big glass building; we just work out of a regular house that we converted into an office. Inside, you will see a few of us sitting at our computers or talking about the latest things we are working on. We’ve been here for several years now. The neighborhood is very friendly, and we often see the same people walking their kids to school or going to the market. Our workspace is a bit cluttered with wires and books, but we know where everything is. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or local connections we have made over time. Life in Singjamei is steady and slow-paced compared to the big cities. Sometimes when it rains hard, the sound on the roof is so loud we can barely hear each other talk. We just wait for it to pass. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to do good work and support our families. It’s a simple life here in Ok Ram Leikai. We enjoy the community and the fact that we can work in such a peaceful setting. We are just a small local company doing our best with what we have.
